Improvements or suggestions
Right after the order was made, I updated the shipping address, which was omitted from the order information, and DHL sent me the confirmation email with the correct shipping address. However, for some reason, the update was not made known to the shipping & delivery crew, and the package was ended up delivered to the billing address, not the shipping address.
