Improvements or suggestions
Offer alternative to DHL shipping. DHL does not directly serve my area in west Texas. A typical DHL shipment gets to within 180 miles (El Paso) of my location where it is handed off to USPS for final delivery. This handoff can add many days to delivery time and disrupts online tracking. Not a huge problem, but frustrating nonetheless.
