Ordering was simple and straightforward, and shipping was super prompt. I ordered the item Sunday night and by Tuesday afternoon it had been delivered.
Improvements or suggestions
Not sure, the whole experience was pretty excellent. Perhaps the packaging could be nicer, but if that were to drive up the price and produce more waste resulting from additional packaging material it wouldn't be worth it.
