It was easy to imagine what I would be getting, and was easy to order. Communication was consistent throughout the process so I knew that my order was being worked on. My only tiny complaint would be that during shipping it must have been bumped or squashed, as the piece came with a slight wearing/depression around one canvas corner. It was very well packaged for shipping, so I don't know how this can be changed.
