I visited Van Gogh Museum many times and this is the first time I ordered online. I have to say it's really a good experience to communicate with email since the work team of this museum replied really quickly and they also told me when the gift I want to buy would be online. As a fan of Van Gogh I will continue following the update of this museum webshop also will visit the museum in the near future again!
Improvements or suggestions
I bought about 50 postcard last time at Van Gogh museum. But the machine could only scan the postcards one by one. Since the price is the same, why cannot the machine could work in the way of scanning one postcard and then timing the number of total postcards? This is what I cannot understand. If this could be solved then the machine could work better and would also save many times for both of us I believe.
