I still haven't received my item. I have emailed your shop but have had no response as to when my item will arrive. I have also tried to track my item but the details are not up to date as my item should have been delivered by now. I have also tried to contact the delivery firm 'DHL Express' but the telephone numbers do not connect to the appropriate person to resolve the issue. All in all, my experience so far has been frustrating as I am continually trying to chase things up.
Improvements or suggestions
To improve, you could use a better delivery company like UPS because DHL are renowned for providing a poor service, with inconsistent communication. With such expensive items that you are sending, I am shocked that you are using such an incompetent delivery firm like DHL.

We are sorry to hear that the shipment took longer than expected! I see that you have ordered a Giglée, which is a custom made print. Our Custom prints take about 5 working days to prepare, as they are handstreched by a studio that is specialised in this.
