The ordering process was simple and straight-forward. I was so surprised that I received my duvet cover within a week after ordering, even though it was shipping from Europe.
Improvements or suggestions
I received texts to tell me that my package would be delivered to "its destination before 9 p.m." the next day. When I used the tracker to see where it was the next day, it showed that the package had just been delivered to the shipping company in Amsterdam. So there was no chance that it would be at my house that day. In fact, it came 2 days later.
I wish the delivery notices could be more accurate.
