In short average to poor. For the current order I received the shipment is on its way and received a tracking notice, but it does not track to delivery just until it is handover to a third party. Our family has bought many items from overseas, ALL the other suppliers track to final delivery.
On a separate note, I contacted the Museum back in May 2023 (twice) about a Collection Edition I wanted to purchase, I received 2 confirmations of my email and that someone would get back to me, no one ever did

Tracking of orders to final destination is mandatory these days
Also, when someone contacts the museum and about buying something there has to be follow through from the customer service team. I ended up purchasing a number of items from different suppliers
To be honest, the museum is not just an average retailer, it is The Van Gogh Museum, thats a premium brand you need to act like one
