Unfortunately it is not a good experience. The most annoying thing is that there is no clarity about the procedure for returning a purchase. Some items do not live up to expectations and e.g. posters show damage to the packaging. Return form sent but no response and no way to get in touch with someone to find out what the return procedure is.

Communication between the client and the museum.
