Overall I am really disappointed. This is mainly because the company did not make it at all clear on the web site when I made the purchase that I would have to pay tax on the purchase. In addition to the expensive courier cost, I had to pay nearly £50 just to have it imported. Had this been made clear at the point of purchase, I would not have bought the two prints. I have contacted the company asking them to refund half of the import cost and have not heard back from them.

Be transparent in all costs associated with purchasing something from the Van Gogh Musuem shop.
