I was told that my package would be delivered via 2 day express. It was not an option. I had to accept or the order would not go through. Today, 7 days later, I got an email from ups that it is on the way. This happened after I sent the museum 2 emails yesterday. It will arrive when the person is out of town. I am not happy with the poor service and lack of communication.
Improvements or suggestions
They can do what they say they will do. The package was supposed to be sent out on February 1, 2024 and arrive by February 3, 2024. They did not even bother to send me an email explaining the change.
