I am really surprised with the service system of store in Museum and online! I love art of Van Gogh, and museum, which is the part of the reason that I visiting researched in Amsterdam. While my experience of buy a pair of fine earrings is quite difficult and weired. Though it is clearly marked on the website that the earrings is available at museum store, while the staff there told me that they dont have them and which are only sold online. And the discount of online system apparently not work. Then I contacted by online system for help, but not getting reply even till now. Just check online a few days late, the discount is ended. I just cant understand the shopping system in such low quality, while within the world known respected museum!
Improvements or suggestions
The store system shoud be honest, keep the real information either online and in muesum, besides, be sooner reflect to customers.
