Delivery of the order took longer than anticipated. Eventually an email was sent (from the company) which explained failure in a new computer system.
Improvements or suggestions
It is difficult to offer suggestions since it can’t be determined whether it is lack of procedure or system failure. That being said, it would have been nice to receive an acknowledgment of order. An acknowledgment was not received until a request for tracking was sent to the company.
