Excellent website, great range of papers and ease of ordering. Although the paper calculator estimated we would need 6 rolls of paper, we have used only 4 leaving us with 2 to return. Cost to return the rolls by courier £41 - refund value £62 can't justify that, so is the calculator incorrect?
