I ordered 3 rolls of Chic 322020. I used your online wallpaper calculator which said that I would need 2.1 rolls and therefore to order 3 rolls. I have only used 2 rolls to wallpaper as the 3rd roll wasn't needed. This is expensive wallpaper at over £90.00 per roll, and so I would like to know if I can return and have my monet refunded for the 3rd roll of Eijffinger Chic 322020. Thank You.
Strengths
The speed with which my wallpaper was despatched and delivered, and it does look fabulous now it is up on the wall. I cannot really comment on the after sales as until I know if I can return and be refunded for my unnecessary 3rd roll of wallpaper I don't know if the after sales is good or not. I do think the wallpaper calculator was not accurate enough as I used your wallpaper calculator and because of this I have ended up with one roll too much of very expensive wallpaper.
Improvements or suggestions
The wallpaper calculator is not accurate enough. It suggested I would need 2.1 rolls and would need to order 3 rolls. I only needed 2 rolls.
