I was delighted to find that the Wallpaperwebstore stocked the wallpaper I had been searching for and also the vast range of wallpapers to chose from. However, when ordering the wallpaper there was no indication of delivery time and on further chasing I am no further forward on when I will receive the wallpaper. Also being informed of internal issues with suppliers after placing the order was not helpful as I would have chosen a different route.

On ordering there was no indication of delivery times, and after chasing by mail it was confirmed that there was an internal issue with the supplier. This was not indicated to me straight away and only offered to me on inquiring for a delivery time (with the website offering 'fast delivery'). With ordering on 01 November 2016 and the website boasting of fast delivery, I was under the impression this would have been dispatched within at least 7 working days. Had I of been aware of internal issues with suppliers, I would have chosen to take an alternative route as this has now had major delay impacts on decorating. This has not only delayed time but has also added costs, which again, we would have avoided had we have known the delivery status.
I am also yet to hear when I will receive this delivery - 2 weeks further on from ordering. There has been no communication to detail delivery, however, payment was taken within 2 days of ordering. Overall, do not feel like a valued customer.
