Disappointing service to date but I am hopeful of a better outcome.
I ordered what I thought was wallpaper for a feature wall as unlike other companies I use, the website did not state it was a mural and the photograph of the product looks like wallpaper. I returned the parcel immediately. I was offered a credit note but 20 days later I still have not heard back from Wallpaperwebstore.co.uk. I am entitled to a refund under the terms and conditions and having purchased wallpaper elsewhere so I don't lose my tradesman, I have no use for a credit note weeks after the event. I hope to get a response from my last of several requests of a refund.
Strengths
They have a great range of wallpapers and murals and I would have used them again in the future.
Improvements or suggestions
The company name suggests it is a UK based company. Only when you call the contact number do you realise you are speaking to somebody in Holland. No return information was sent with the package which I then had to contact them for after a phone call and email failed to provide me with a return address. It cost my £30 to return the goods to Holland and the poor set up to deal with returns has left me still out of pocket for the cost of my order, now purchased elsewhere. Not a good service for a small business like mine where cash flow is key.
