Poor experience with Wallpaperwebstore.
I called and requested a sample wall paper to check that the colour would be a match for my needs.
Having received the sample I placed the order for the roll of paper, as the sample was a good match.
When the wall paper arrived it was a totally different colour.
I contacted Wallpaperonline office to get an exchange and was told that the paper was specially ordered for me and that it was Elitis fault for the difference in colour and that Wallpaperonline would not exchange nor refund me for the faulty paper.
Having paid £114 for the roll I am very upset and disappointed to say the least.
I will never order paper from Wallpaperonline again.
Also I tend to go public with this experience if I do get a full refund for the sub-standard paper Wallpaperonline has sent to me.
In the mean time I have contacted Elitis and explained my experience with you to them, and they have been kind enough to help me get the correct paper from a legitimate wall paper store.
