Placed an order and was abit tight on time, needed it 10 days later. Contacted support right away to confirm it would make it with time to spare. 5 days later, it was not even sent but support said it would be sent day after and would make in with atleast an day to spare.
When the day arrived, still no wallpapers and it had just then made it out of country, and the hired help was not much used without the wallpapers.
Improvements or suggestions
If it is 'abit rushed' and have an day it must be delived on (9-10 days when it says it should take 3-5~ should be fine), then instead of support making promises, they should make sure goods are sent, or if they are sent late, use Express Delivery.
Overall, after all good comments on the site, I'm sad that I have to make this report.
Asking several times in good time and still late delivery after date i required the goods, sorry but I feel this time was not ok.
