I need help! Upon attempting to place my order on 6-17-19, I repeatedly experienced denial. I called Chase Bank and their Fraud Center wanted to confirm it was me authorizing the order and the bank further said my
account needed updating for such use. As the bank representative walked me through the update and actually confirming my order was processed, I now find I was charged for 2 orders, when I only wanted 1 order for 2 rolls, not 4!! I am only papering the top portion of a 5 ft by 5 ft room. I contacted the bank and they recommended I contact you, as well.
