Generally, no strong comments here.. Had to do some chasing but otherwise very good experience. There was an issue with vat on the deal. The irish expereince on this point is different on this and it was difficult to get this understood. I think this left a bad impression of myself as a result. Perhpas more sensitivity to other country regulations might be needed.
