Ziloen provided SUPERIOR service. They assisted with an item I had ordered that was out of stock and the package arrived in the USA in two weeks. My items were securely packaged and being wrapped in tissue paper was an extra nice touch. I prefer quality European-made items for my grandchild and choose Ziloen over many other European and American sites based solely on the pricing.
