Unfortunately, I have absolutely negative interference with this online store. It's been almost a month since I made the order, but I never got it, and the link to the tracking provided by the online store does not give any information. The company DHL which delivers the cargo also could not give me information about where it is located !!!

In response to this review we've had contact via e-mail. We didn't receive any message from our courier or you about this lost parcel, before you wrote this review. We were surprised and ashamed that your parcel was still on its way. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
We did the following:
- Contact DHL the Netherlands about the parcel;
- DHL the Netherlands searched for the parcel. It looked like the parcel was fallen off the line haul and considered as lost;
- We send a whole new parcel to Valeriya via PostNL International;
- Started a claim procedure with DHL the Netherlands and decided to choose an other courier for future shipments.
