Company is based in Netherlands heavy cost for postage and don't offer a return service so costs in excess of £10 to return the item with royal mail. Given they supply clothing over the internet... The shoes didn’t fit and I wanted to send them back. I found this process very difficult. The website didn’t work when i wanted to download the return form and the automated phone system wasn’t in... The shoes didn’t fit and I wanted to send them back. I found this process very difficult. The website didn’t work when i wanted to download the return form and the automated phone system wasn’t in English. I think there should be a return form with the item with a pre paid postage stamp inside for the return.

I haven’t returned them yet as I have to pay postage. Will you not pay this for me.
