Perhaps cater to the stupid like me a little better by making clearer what use tongs are suitable for (decoration/coal fire/log fire/whatever). But really, I shouldn't be so stupid!
I am really impressed with this company. Coming from the Netherlands the fire guard arrived quicker than from British sites. It was just what we wanted well packaged and really great service.

Fast delivery for something so heavy (fireback). Product is as seen in pictures. Love the descriptions.

The only thing I can possibly think of is to have a copy of the description (the one that tells the story about the image on the fireback) sent with the fireback, but really not a big deal.
