I experienced something strange when trying to place my order. I am sure it was an outlier, so I did not evaluate that when rating for ease of ordering, but I made several attempts to place orders... I am sure it was an outlier, so I did not evaluate that when rating for ease of ordering, but I made several attempts to place orders and the status came back "out of stock" which I finally just sent an email to Charles and learned that the website was experiencing difficulties and the pieces were available. It also might be helpful list instructions on how to treat the piece when used as a backsplash, but as mentioned before, Charles was responsive to my questions even after my piece was delivered.

The website sometimes experiences ’difficulties’ if an item is added to the cart and somebody then processes the payment too slowly, or wants to change items in the shopping cart... The website sometimes experiences ’difficulties’ if an item is added to the cart and somebody then processes the payment too slowly, or wants to change items in the shopping cart during payment. As all are items are singularly available, it can happen that the system gives an ’out of stock’ after such changes. Yet, this problem has always been solved so far by mail or phone.
