At the time you placed the order not all products were in stock, this was mentioned on our website and in the cart.
In the order confirmation we sent when you placed the order a lead time of 2-3 weeks was mentioned.
My apologies the communication this wasn't transparante enough. We will look into the way this is communicated and change the communication accordingly.

I had trouble entering Bulgarian post address, for example my post address is: 59B Kazbek str, 2 bl, 7fl, 40 apt, Manastirski livadi distr, Sofia, Sofia 1680, Bulgaria. There is no easy way to enter... I had trouble entering Bulgarian post address, for example my post address is: 59B Kazbek str, 2 bl, 7fl, 40 apt, Manastirski livadi distr, Sofia, Sofia 1680, Bulgaria. There is no easy way to enter all of this and as a result I was forced to watch everyday for the package to enter Bulgaria and to call local dpd distributer and to ask courier to go to the correct address. No deal breaker but a problem that will be great if fixed.
