Taxes are 21% while in France it is only 20% :(

DPD transporter try to carry me the shipment at a first attempt. While I would have expect to select at ordering phase that I want to pick up the delivery to pick-up place. It could save me 1 day.

Previous orders were always processed very fast and would arrive the next day. this time it took much longer with confusing messages from the postal service

We are sorry to hear the delivery wasn't what you expected from us.
Unfortunately when you choose for delivery by post we can't guarantee next day delivery.
We received your order the 23rd of August and it was shipped the same day. It was scanned at the post office on the 25th of August and delivered that day.
It took one day longer than when the order is shipped with a courier, but that is the risk when the option 'by post' is chosen. Packages and mourning cards have priority over letters, when it is busy at the post office the letters are the last to be scanned and shipped.
We will see if we can inform the customer better when it comes to the shipping option: 'By Post (own risk)'.
