We have contacted you about the sensor. You sent us a photo, which showed how you connected the sensor. The sensor was not soldered to the connector. After you had corrected that, you wired the sensor to a 5V Arduino. However, it is a 3V3 sensor, so it did not work.
We recommended to use level shifters. You are now using level shifters, but complained it still did not work. You send us a photo and it showed that you did not connect the 3V3 power.
