Satisfied but wish the product catalog was wider

Strengths

I had to place a second order with Mouser because antratek doesn't stock many discrete components: Voltage regulators, capacitors, etc. I also wish there was a wider selection of 4D systems screens

Good but i select antratek because of the 2 days delivery announced by mail and it takes 5 to come.

Troubles with delivery dpd/chronopost in France... Next time i will sélect another couriers...

We are sorry to hear your experience shopping with us doesn’t fulfill your expectations. We are glad you specified some of the problems and we really want to fix it. Right now we use small address fields because of the shipping labels of the shipping companies. We don’t want to cut off the address on the shipment label automatically due to spelling errors and therefor the chance of a failing delivery. Is it possible to send us the room you need/suggest to fill in the address correctly? This way we can check those specifications with the shipment companies and the room on the labels.
