Compliments to the packing team in Italy. The pick up date was wrongly stated and that forced me to request support from family members to come on site on very short notice as I wasn't on site. The original date given was the 19th but on...The pick up date was wrongly stated and that forced me to request support from family members to come on site on very short notice as I wasn't on site. The original date given was the 19th but on the 19th, I was told it that it would be on the 20th. I wasn't prepared nor organised, resulting in the having nobody on site for supervising the loading. Fortunately a family member drove to the pick up location and offered support. I commercial move from Atlas would have been appreciated for the inconvenience cause...
