I bought a Basil bag and the handlebar support, and a basket that attaches to the luggage rack, for the quality of the products, and for the practicality. I contacted the company because I lost one of the four screws and washer that secures the basket to its support. The company responded to me within a few hours to let me know that they were sending me the screw and washer free of charge. I would like to thank the customer service of this company, which lives up to the quality of its products. I will remain loyal to this brand, and I have already equipped my wife's bike, which allows us to have compatible equipment on our bikes. I am very satisfied

It was very good. The product I have is beautiful (front rack, Basil Portland), and when one metal part bent when I had a slip on ice, the company sent me a replacement part quickly and without fuss. They were also very good to communicate with.

A couple of weeks ago I enquired about getting the part of my bicycle bag that was broken (the hook). I received an email right away from a company representative who mentioned that the part would be mailed out to me from the Netherland to Canada. I received it 7 days later (actually I received 4 hooks) and a zero invoice! Thank you so much Basil! I am very impressed with the service you provided and your generosity.
