We greatly appreciate the exceptional service and the quality of professionalism we receive from Nathan Jack and the team at Bosta UK. From urgent quotes to just general stock orders, we are pleased with the general speed in the turnaround, for us to be able to get responses to our customers in a timely manner. We find Nathan and other staff members very helpful and always willing to assist. This includes some of the demanding needs which we might encounter. This being said, there is normally a solution in which we can get these resolved. Also, if there are ever any issues upon delivery (which does not happen very often), Nathan and the team at Bosta are always quick to resolve them. Graham Mander our sales rep is very fantastic- very helpful, your products area fantastic, but deliveries system not great- huge arctic arriving a day early recently without any advance notice with no tail lift that had been requested. Other products did not arrive in December last year as planned - 2 weeks late for a commercial project- again no notifications. Too many complicated email notifications- too any different emails- all with different email addresses from ordering through to delivery - it is very hard to follow your system! There seems a real lack of communication at the very end which is what we need for deliveries on site or to our depot. If we can't be assured of delivery when promised this is not great. Ordering system and customer service is great, expertise and advice fantastic, website system great, your delivery system is failing us.

Generally good stock availability, if not in stock lead times stated seem to be accurate. Pricing is not always competitive but now I deal with Nathan Jack its made agreeing nett pricing better
