Fantastic - just when I thought I had exhausted all the worthwhile pop/rock arrangements I find Chorusonline and a whole raft of new material - my choir are loving the arrangements.

Strengths

Ease of use and the prompt access to downloads - plus the audio samples and scores available to view - all of which make choosing pieces so much easier.

Improvements or suggestions

The range of scores/parts with each song is impressive but is there any way of making the version with SATB parts and the piano part below it slightly bigger in the print - it is very difficult to... I was glad I came across Chorus online, it is wonderful to find such a range of arrangements of popular music that is suitable for all of my choirs, from mixed, to SSA and an accapella Youth choir.

I have used Chorus online for a few years and always return as you are guaranteed a high standard of arrangement and a great choice of songs. The ease of ordering the music is very attractive and... I have used Chorusonline many times before and will keep returning for quality arrangements that are appealing and provide an appropriate and enjoyable challenge for high school choirs and... I have always received fantastic customer service regarding my purchases with any queries I may have afterwards.

Excellent choral arrangements with instrumental parts that are brilliant for my high school choir. Rehearsal tracks are a really useful resource. Delivered by email immediately so no waiting time.... I stumbled upon this arrangement of 'Put Your Records On' by accident, and absolutely loved it. It is true to the spirit of the original and is extremely effective. Thank you to your wonderful... The arrangements are beautiful: they are sensitive to the original while also creating their own sound and containing really effective performance moments. Also, you are very friendly and helpful.

SHOCKING! Be warned! There is a problem with the website. You add an arrangement to your shopping cart having made sure that you have the correct arranger. You then go to checkout - at this... SHOCKING! Be warned! There is a problem with the website. You add an arrangement to your shopping cart having made sure that you have the correct arranger. You then go to checkout - at this point It then gives you the option of changing the voicing - great, maybe the arranger, which you have been very careful to select, has different voicing options. It FAILS to tell you that what this ACTUALLY DOES does is REMOVES what you have put in the shopping cart and replaces it with some other arrangers version - WITHOUT WARNING!
Having pointed this out to ChorusOnLine they refuse to accept that this is a flaw in the website and will not issue a refund or the arrangement that I put in the shopping cart! Very poor service

Disappointing did not receive what was promised. I was looking for a sample copy of a particular piece of music. Web search led me to this company and it's deceitful marketing.

Strengths

Can't tell if it has any good points and am unlikely to now as I have purchased 80 copies of the music I wanted from another company.

An excellent company with brilliant communication, products and website. The after sales team also replied instantly to a query I had and were so helpful.
