Hi, the information was great, but I couldn't play the audios of the samples. I sent an email but I've not heard back from anyone as yet.

Strengths

That you have lots of popular songs for a variety of choir set ups.

Very responsive to queries. Sorted out a technical problem I was having very promptly (problem was my bank, not them)

I'm very satisfied: clear site, nice and complete arrangement.

We'd bought 'Let me down easy'. It is nice and ok, but 2 things I don't understand: the mp3 is not clear in where to start with the choir. You really have to gamble. It is quite a bit higher then the original track.

Also, if you don't read the initial email saying that the download links are only valid for the first week, that's your problem. They are very clear with their communication - don't whine because you didn't read it properly.
