The service provided was fast, efficient and friendly, and my book was produced to an exceptionally high standard. I was very, very pleased with the texts and would certainly recommend the company without any reservation or qualification.

Although competitive on price, its not easy to know if you have actually purchased the printing. Its not made clear that you will be invoiced, or indeed that the order is confirmed. Unfortunately my delivery has still not happened, so I can't comment on the quality of the printing and binding, This delay is probably to do with the bad weather we have had.

Very happy with the final product, though I found the order overview on the company site unhelpful and there were problems with the delivery.

Slow to respond to email enquiry. The order overview was not kept updated, which was confusing. Change your delivery contract: DPD were very slow to deliver. The delivery was due on a Thursday but... The delivery was due on a Thursday but was not made until the following Monday. When the package was delivered, the lift was out of order, and to avoid climbing only 2 flights of stairs, the courier asked an old lady on the ground floor to sign for the package, meaning that she had to climb the stairs to deliver it. The recipients are in their 90s and it would have been impossible to pick up the package from the ground floor when the lift was out of order.

I have been amazed, excited and delighted in equal measure by the quality of the end product and the speed with which, after a short delay, it was all finally concluded and dispatched.

Clarity, efficiency and instant access to a knowledgeable person at the end of a phone - NO waiting in a queue!

On one occasion in the early stages, the phone lines were down. I waited a while then resumed contact by email and the phones were back.
