It was very easy to place the order and calculate the cost. it was a little disconcerting to have no contact other than an email to confirm the file had been checked and was ok. There was a problem... There was a problem with the delivery as the parcels were addressed to me with a postcode but no address. not sure if I caused the problem or the supplier. when I got the product I was extremely pleased with it.

very easy to order and upload the file, delivery was prompt albeit poorly addressed but that may have been my fault, not sure on that one

because my product had a cover and the separate file was required to be printed in a certain way I wasn't sure my instructions made sense. also I chose delivery date which was strange. The website is very easy to use. Generally I had a good experience, BUT there was a confusion with one of my orders. Rather than contacting me to clarify the confusion the Copyshop just went ahead... Rather than contacting me to clarify the confusion the Copyshop just went ahead and printed half the order, not the full. It would have been much better if someone had contacted me to clarify the order so that it was done properly from the beginning.

A very good experience.though still waiting for an invoice from them for their services which is a little puzzling.

I'm afraid I had to cancel my order with you as there was no proof provided, therefore I could not view the finished work before printing to edit or check page numbering/spacing etc.
