I struggled to find this on Google and had to look up the name of the company as I had used them before. I put in 'Perfect Bound books' but would suggest many people would not find this.

Excellent and really stress-free experience. Very impressed with the whole service and letting me know an exact time when the ordered product would arrive.

Strengths

The only tiny thing is that I would find it slightly easier to pay for the printing/product at the time of ordering, rather than later with a separate email, but that is a very minor thing!

I am delighted with the rapid turnround I get from CopyShop. Unfortunately the UK staff do not understand how to send a Paypal invoice. Fortunately the lady at Nextprint in Holland does, so I just... I am delighted with the rapid turnround I get from CopyShop. Unfortunately the UK staff do not understand how to send a Paypal invoice. Fortunately the lady at Nextprint in Holland does, so I just have to go back to her to pay. I must congratulate Copyshop on detecting the fault in my last order and resending it without my having to ask.

Stressful. Ordered on website. Delivery dates inaccurate. Constantly had to chase updates. Customer service brisk, unapologetic and slow. Phone number never connected.
