Exactly what it says on the tin. Printed books were good quality and exactly how I wanted them.

Strengths

Ordering at weekend delivery on Thursday. Did not get delivery tracking until Wed I think. Not terrible but I was confused for a day or so.

The order had to be sent three times has they made a mistake the first two times, and this despite very clear and straightforward instructions. The result is that some of the info in our newsletter was outdated when we finally received it. It was good in the past, but not so good this time.

Strengths

Workers should check printing job before dispatching it. This did not happen with our newsletter (twice in a row).
