Once you have placed your order and go to check in your account, it does not show the price of the goods ordered and I was concerned I would receive the product then get an invoice for a different... Once you have placed your order and go to check in your account, it does not show the price of the goods ordered and I was concerned I would receive the product then get an invoice for a different price later. This meant I hd to go back online to the quote generator and check the price again. The invoice was the price I ordered but it's inconvenient. It would be helpful therefore, if the price was shown in the account section of the website along with the order. Sort this out and it's 5 star for everything.

1. My email confirmation didn't include the quoted price, so I was unsure whether or not I would be invoiced my expected price. It was the same number in the end but it would be good to know. 1. 2. My file was too large to upload, so I sent it via WeTransfer. However, you are forced to upload a file to print even if this is the case. Maybe you can change that option if you are sending a large file using another method?

Excellent prompt service. Quality of final product was marginally below my expectation but this was most probably due to the poor resolution quality of my input data.

Strengths

1. Give an indication where the quality of the input data is too low for good quality printing. (as per vista print)
