Overall, good, but unorthodox

Strengths

You urgently need to introduce retail-friendly payment options like Paypal and CC. It looks v suspicious to consumers when you ask them to wire the money directly to your account. Make the 'number of pages' field a user entry one, not a drop down menu. It took a long time to scroll down to 180!
Also, your delivery time doesn't make sense. You can type in whatever you like (I did next day), but it doesn't guarantee next-day delivery.
I had no idea that the documents had been dispatched, so, though they came quickly, it was a surprise.

You should be able to track this yourself using free Google Analytics.
I think I looked for 'cheap copying'

Excellent in all respects. Delivered on time exactly what was expected at a very competitive cost. They were also very efficient at letting me know exactly progress of my order.

Great service and product. It was a little unclear on the website that I would be invoiced rather than pay upon ordering. So initially I was unsure as to whether or not the order had gone through.

Once we had overcome the misunderstanding as to what needed to be supplied (we did not appreciate that we needed to provide the calendar) we were delighted with the quality of the supplied... When clicking on ring binding and then calendar it would be helpful to point out that the customer has to provide the calendar and not just the images.
