I am familiar with the purchased product: Crankbrothers’ egg beater pedals. It was easy to order it from Holland Bike shop, who ensured a quick delivery.

Dome information was missing, so I wrote them an email. They replied quickly though.

To have only the basic information is a typical thing of online shops; if you put more effort in displaying more detailed information you will certainly win more customers over your competitors!

I ordered the wrong product, the product I wanted was the one photographed but the photo did not match the item. My complaint seems to have been lost in translation / their CRM system. I spoke to... I spoke to multiple people and it wasn't until I gave negative feedback that someone apologised and offered to pay for the return. Better late than never, if you don't know the exact part number, email sales and they will tell you.

Strengths

Huge range of stock, fast delivery and will help you find the part you need if you tell them. They do at least refund the shipping of the replacement item if you order the wrong thing.

Improvements or suggestions

Need to make sure the photos on the website are correct and if not offer a no quibble refund including shipping.

I have had a fantastic experience. I ordered a child’s bike seat, which unfortunately did not fit my bike. The company have been very accommodating to try & find one that will work for me.
