- Terrible customer service – Avoid this shop! I purchased a Burley Encore X cover from HollandBikeShop, and it turned out to be defective within the warranty period. The manufacturer confirmed that it was a warranty issue and that I was entitled to a replacement. However, HollandBikeShop refused to send me the new cover unless I sent the defective one first—even though I use it daily and cannot be without it. Instead of finding a fair solution, they hung up on me mid-call and ignored my messages. I had to escalate the issue to the distributor and even consider filing a complaint with Dutch consumer authorities. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They do not respect their customers or their legal rights. If you expect decent service and a trustworthy company, avoid HollandBikeShop.com at all costs.

Clear websites, where everything relevant about the products is explained and the pictures are good. I received a tracking code after ordering, but when I tried it a week after ordering, it didn't work at all. I tried for many days to track where my order was going, but I didn't succeed. The uncertainty bothered me, but luckily the order arrived. I was just wondering why it only became an email notification, and not a text message like usual.
