First time I have used this company. Delivery was prompt (from overseas) although I thought the item was packed in a box much larger than it needed to be, making me wonder whether this cost me... The product itself looks fine (it is for a present). The reason I did not respond to the initial request for feedback was because I had not yet received the product.

Perhaps packaging more appropriate to size of goods, don't send out request for feedback so quickly.

Stop sending huge packages for small things. It is ridiculous and not to mention extremely wasteful. I ordered 10 spokes that got here in a huge box. It is no wonder that the transportation costs... I ordered saddlebags for my racing bike.

I received excellent advice. The delivery service was very fast.

Despite the excellent concealing I received over the phone, there was one weak spot. I was told that the Fast Rider saddlebags had a two-year guarantee. In fact, they have a five-year guarantee.... Although I was very happy to have my bags delivered in four days, I feel that a fifteen-euro charge is rather expensive. I would have been willing to wait a little longer for a cheaper rate. Also…I have not sought after-sales support, but I can't get off this page without checking that category on the above checklist.
