I had a very positive experience with Holland Bike Shop, from the ordering of my helmet to the followup customer service to remedy an issue I had with the fit of its face shield. The added challenge was that I am in Canada (where this particular helmet is not available) and I had to deal with the company being in Holland, which included difficulty with time zones, shipping, etc. Once I reported my concerns, Brenda, the customer service representative I dealt with was very responsive and determined to find a solution, which eventually meant a replacement shield. I love the helmet and now have a new, well fitted face shield. I am extremely pleased with the product and especially the great service.

I had bought a 3V Torpedo Shifter. It did not work well, I got a new one which broke after 4 months. I sent it back and got my money back under guarantee. But I did not get any sending costs back,... But I did not get any sending costs back, both not from the original order as from returning the broken Shifter.
This I do not find fair, they deliver a faulty product, I get the money back which I paid for that product. But I do not get sending costs back even while it is their fault that the product was not good.
This is not what you expect from a good Webshop company!
Therefor I do not recommend this webshop.
