E-mail announcing completed order said a tracking code would be sent later that day. It wasn't, but an e-mail requesting it was answered promptly, on a Saturday, with an active link to the Nederlands Post tracker. By that time the shipment was already over the ocean on its way to Canada. It arrived on our doorstep less than 5 full days after we placed the order. The company performed in an exemplary manner for us and we would buy from them again if we couldn't obtain something locally.

Huge inventory which seems mostly to be in stock, despite the world-wide shortage of bicycle parts due to Covid. Picking and packing of the order for shipment seemed to occur in just a few hours,... I think they performed exceptionally well, especially considering they are a small business without the "back-office" resources of the e-commerce giants.
