The filters fit perfectly and were delivered quickly. The price is more competitive than I can get elsewhere.

Good price and fast delivery

Very fast shipping, the filters seem to be great and this was the best price I could find in the market. Too bad they send with DHL, which really likes to leave packages at the entrance of my... Too bad they send with DHL, which really likes to leave packages at the entrance of my building, where anyone could have taken them. Luckily, I have neighbours who kept it for me. So DHL is a minus. All the rest is great.

Disappointing service

Strengths

2 causes of disppointment:
- The original delay for delivery was absolutely not respected as there was no stock but this information was not provided during the command...

- The product itself was supposed to be adapted for my double flux CMV but was not. I had to cut the extremity to make it fit...

Probiotic filter spray

Good Product but inadequately packaged. The address label was hanging off. The parcel was hanging open. The lid of the spray can was broken. The item could have got lost in post because of these...
