Company reacted to my complaint and shipped new set. I'll have to cover additional shipping costs to my home as they shipped new set to the original destination (it was temporary address in Germany).

It was the only given shipping address when the order was placed. If we would have been informed directly we would of course have shipped it to your current address. Now we were not able to as we only found out your issue by reading your review online. Please contact us directly next time then we are able to correct it.
