Extremely impressed that the shirt fitted perfectly with so few measurements (collar size, height, weight and age). Was a little sceptical that the resulting shirt would fit, but I was wrong, it is... Avec Bivolino, la première chemise était loupée, mais de ma faute, je n'avais pas donné les bonnes mesures. Depuis, j'ai deux articles de chez eux, et j'en suis ravi. Ont tendance à faire des cols un peu bas, à rectifier, car c'est à la hauteur du col que l'on voit que la chemise est sur mesure.

Goede service! Had een hemd ontvangen welke niet goed zat en krijg een vervangend hemd opgestuurd. Ook de bereikbaarheid van de klantenservice per mail is erg snel!

The products from Bivolino have been excellent. The cut and the fit is great especially as I am broader and taller than average, off the shelf shirts just don't fit me well. The website can be... The website can be clunky at times but generally ok once you get used to it.

The products are great and the after sales care has been excellent.

Improvements or suggestions

I find on the website, when designing shirts, it can sometimes get stuck if you select a tab by mistake you can't get back to the one you want and I end up starting the design from scratch. Good quality of the cotton and great variety of styles!

Sometimes the website appears a bit strange with the different languages. Especially in German there are several mix-ups.
