I got a very good experience with this company. I ordered wallpapers and paid and everything went well and my order was confirmed. But one hour later got another mail that said that they got... I got a very good experience with this company. I ordered wallpapers and paid and everything went well and my order was confirmed. But one hour later got another mail that said that they got problem with the payment so they had to cancel the order and that I have to order again. I did order the same order that I made before and this time there was’ nt any problem with the order and the payment. But when I received my order I counted the wallpapers rollers and it was a double of the order. I wrote to the customer service and told them that they had send more than I ordered and I also discovered that’s I paid twice of the same order. They apologized and told me to send the extra wallpapers back to them and I both will get my extra paid amount and the money I paid for the post that I send back to them and that was their mistake by sending me a double order. It took a little time to get my money back but I checked my account and the amount I owed them was in included. Thank you for your good service and your honesty👍🏼

The options for payment come up with about 8 currencies, and none of them were NZ currency, so I was not sure if that meant that they did not ship to NZ.

Website was easy to use and communication with the store was excellent. Unfortunately they sent the wrong rolls, but communicated the mistakes before I even picked up the rolls and sent replacement...
